BigeDirect is seeking an experienced, motivated, and proactive candidate to join our team as the Sales Manager. This role reports directly to the managing director but will work closely with other functions within the business. This role will encompass all aspects of the sales process; lead generation, relationship building, onboarding, and ongoing account management and client service with focus on the Danish and Scandinavian market.

You will utilise your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network of contacts to generate leads and close deals.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain relationships with clients in financial verticals
  • Understanding the needs of clients at every stage of their development and consider how BigeDirect may continue to add value while also evaluating competitor activities
  • Work with commercial lead to build and manage pipeline of clients as well as developing the commercial strategy for adequate coverage of targeted verticals
  • Utilize your extensive network and industry knowledge to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network of contacts to generate leads and close deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Be the commercial point of contact for product managers to understand customer pain points, product requests and feedback
  • Actively involved with industry news, conferences, and events and thus being a credible ambassador for the business in all dealing with clients

What we need from you:

  • Experience – 5+ years sales/business development
  • Experience developing business within financial sectors
  • Track record – successful track record for managing relationships and closing business
  • Experienced in successfully managing multiple projects at the same time
